You can check if the data came from your tracker in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox.
Please try to check the settings of your tracker regarding data transmission intervals and data logging into the black box. Also please make sure the tracker is set on a timezone of 0 (UTC) regardless of location.
Also check if everything is in order with the SIM card you are using with the tracker, and whether the data transfer limits are exceeded.
