Problem device connection

Hello. My tracker does not go online. Some time ago it was already running successfully. It is a GT02A. Now I created this device new, transferred IP and port to the tracker. The SIM card is the same.The ID is the IMEI. When queried, an SMS with the correct data comes. The delivered URL shows the correct location. But in the app Ruhavik the tracker stays offline.

Could you please specify why you created your device again if it was running successfully as you are writing. Did you create a new account and transferred it there or created it again in the same account?
