In this case, please try to check the operability of the SIM card that you use with the tracker, and the level of 4G communication, for example, on your phone.
If all is well with this, then please try to turn off and turn on the tracker.
If this does not give any results, then try contacting the seller or manufacturer of the tracker, perhaps it has some kind of malfunction if it does not respond to commands with a working and connected SIM card. Or perhaps the manufacturer will be able to suggest additional checks that you can do in this case.

I bought this product but the battery consumption is high. What I noticed is that it does not go to sleep mode after 10 minutes as it did with the AT6, it will be some configuration problem, or this equipment does not have that function.

You can try to set the intervals for sending data in a different way, perhaps this will reduce the consumption of the battery.

Hi Juan, to get an acceptable battery consumption for Concox JM-LL01, you have to combine tracking mode with stop mode.

with this setting I hope to have the device running for 150 days - we’ll see.
The behavoior is, that it wakes up to send data to the tracking platform once per 24h.
And it wakes up if it moves out of defined fences.

pw is a passcode you can define.

Hello, I have bought Concox JM-LL01 tracker and have trouble configure it and I don’t have all available commands and explanations. Could you help me? Can you provide me full list of commands with explanations?
Furthermore, i have few questions if you can help me:
I set the mode,1,60,360# so that it sends the position every 60 seconds, but when it starts, it reports every few seconds? Vibration senalm is off.
What this commands does and how to use it:

Sorry, we don’t have GPRS commands for this device. That is, technically this functionality will work, but we do not know the command syntax itself.
We only have an example payload (syntax) of the command:
f.e. command to Cut OFF petrol:
{“payload”:“RELAY,1#”}
For command syntax, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. They will be able to provide you with the information you need. Also, if you receive this information, we will be glad if you share it on our forum.
Now for your questions:
- This question can only be answered by the manufacturer. Most likely it is in the firmware, or in some additional setting. From our side, we only receive data, calculate it and display it.
- From this list, only the timer# command is familiar to us.
We could not find the rest of the commands either in the official manuals or anywhere else.

Also there you will find a timer# command explanation.
Unfortunately we didn’t find any info about sensor# command.
- In this case you can listen the environment only via call to the tracker(to SIM card). If this tracker supports such function(have a mic and software for this inside).

Good morning Telis, I have your same problem with a VL04, I also receive sms for movement or vibration alert but I don’t receive any other message after sending commands via sms. Did you solve it in any way that can help me? Thank you!!

If your tracker does not respond to SMS commands, you need to check the following on the tracker side:
- SIM card operation: balance, limits, mobile network coverage.
- Does the tracker have enough charge to work (sending response messages).
- Tracker operation mode (whether it went into sleep mode, etc.)
- Сorrectness of the tracker connection to the vehicle.
