dapi ClenisAlves Hello. You can see the messages received from your tracker in Unit menu - Tools – Toolbox. In this case first of all try to request the data from your tracker on its current location and date/time and check if the received information is correct. Also try to query the current tracker settings and check if the data transmission is activated and the data transmission intervals are set. Also check if the SIM card is working and its balance is positive and if the data transfer limits are not exceeded.
