To see the terms of the premium account offer and its cost you should go to the user menu – Subscription management, it will contain current terms and you can subscribe from there. Premium account terms apply to your entire account, including all the units.
If you mean something else please describe it in more details.

dimas21063 Hello. It is still possible to create only 3 units in one account in Premium version as well as in basic.
You can see the number of units created/left to create in Dashboard tab - Info - Units.
