Estou tentando configurar um rastreador GV55, porém quando conecto ao PC através do cabo usb, o PC não reconhece o dispositivo, o que faço agora?

First of all, try to see if everything matches the instructions for setting up the tracker. It is possible that you additionally need to install software to configure the tracker; in this case, you can also make sure that the tracker is charged and, if necessary, in accordance with its instructions, that it is turned on.
But best of all, in this case, try to contact the manufacturer or seller of the tracker.

Each unit in the Ruhavik application can have a separate server address and port. To find out where you need to direct the device, create a unit in the application, then you can see the server address and port in the Common settings of the unit.
