alguien me puede ayudar con el Script de skypatrol TT8750N+ para conectar a este servidor

tengo un equipo pero no se conecta a la plataforma creo que es el script que esta mal alguien me podria ayudar a configurar mi equipo

    To configure device type Skypatrol TT8750N+ when creating a unit you should choose:
    Device Category – Hardware
    Device Type - Skypatrol TT8750N+
    Then configure the tracker to:
    Server Host 193.193.165.37 (if your tracker supports IP server format)
    Or
    Server Host 12447.flespi.gw (if your tracker supports DNS server format)
    Port 20240
    To see IP/DNS values click the appropriate IP/DNS button next to the server value in Unit menu – Settings – Common settings.
