Time Zone setting

Please advise on how to set the time zone on the Platform. I have set it as per the Tracker requirement.

NOOR Hello.
Your tracker should be configured to timezone 0 (UTC) no matter what your current location is. You can do it for example by sending a particular SMS-command according to instructions for your tracker and your mobile operator rules or via Setbox (Unit menu – Tools – Setbox) wherex you should press the Send button (with a blue plane above). It’s important after the command has been sent via Setbox not to give commands to reset your tracker and its settings because after that all the settings will be reset.

Thank you …. please advise i should press the send Button on the on the “time zone” or “gps data upload”?

NOOR In Setbox you should press the Send button (with a blue plane above) and after that there will appear 2 tabs: PENDING which means that the command was sent but not received yet, and CURRENT which shows set current conditions. It’s important after the command has been sent via Setbox not to give commands to reset your tracker and its settings because after that all the settings will be reset.
