TOPLOVO TL-403 tracker : I cannto find any compatible device to use

Is there any solution to use TOPLOVO TL-403 with your platform?

Since trackers of different manufacturers and models work according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
We cannot guarantee but you can try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices TL-401, TL-102, TL-202.

If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID (for this type of the devices choose “Legacy” Device Category). After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.

I’ve done that and on http://id.wialon.net/# it was detected as TL-401 with a different ID which I added in the unit’s properties, and successfully added but in APP it does not show any location
I changed IP in the tracker to 193.193.165.166:21608 and the tracker replied success, activated GPRS

If you indidcated the appropriate ID and tracker model next please check if your tracker is turned on, then request the data from your tracker on its current location and date/time and check if the received information is correct. Also request the current tracker settings and check if the data transmission is activated and the data transmission intervals are set. Check if the SIM card is working and its balance is positive and if the data transfer limits are not exceeded.
If you do all this and not succees please write to us via support@gps-trace.com and mention your login, tracker IMEI and model and enclose a screenshot of id.wialon.net where the identified id is seen.
