For each object, you can configure notifications in the unit menu - Settings – Notification settings. At the moment, when an event for which a notification is configured occurs, a pop-up window is shown in the web version of the application, and a push notification is shown in the mobile version.
If you are not receiving push notifications, try to Log in to the app and Log out once again.
You can also try to delete the application (your account will not be deleted) and reinstall it. When you install the application, you must give permission to receive notifications.
Perhaps the reason is that earlier during registration you got into the update process.
If you are talking about an account related to the mail from which you sent this letter, you may not receive messages about the battery level, because the name of the parameter that your tracker sends and the name of the parameter, on the basis of which the battery level is determined, do not match.
