Please send your request via support@gps-trace.com, mention your login, tracker IMEI and model and also describe your request in more details, also attach some screenshots describing your problem.
Also sometimes some messages can be stored in deviceโs black box for some time and come later. You can open Unit menu โ Tools โ Toolbox and perhaps some messages there will be marked with red, i.e. tracker saves the messages and sends them after some time.
