Sometimes some messages can be stored in device’s black box for some time and come later. You can open Unit menu – Tools – Toolbox and probably some messages there will be marked with red, i.e. tracker saves the messages and sends them after some time.
You can also send your request via support@gps-trace.com, mention your login, tracker IMEI and model and also describe your request in more details.
