boa tarde, tenho um Tk311a, não estou conseguindo fazer ele aparecer na plataforma, quando faço o cadastro na plataforma só aparece assim o IP nela, exemplo: 23825.flespi.gw e a porta aparece assim: 21931, ele mostra que está conectado, mas não mostra nenhuma informação e nem aparece o veiculo no mapa, alguém por favor poderia me ajudar? obrigado

    Hello. In case your device type is Coban then you can try to indicate IP server format instead of DNS format 23825.flespi.gw (to see it, click the IP button next to the server value). For this configure the tracker to:
    Server Host - 193.193.165.37
    Port – 21931

      dapi bom dia dapi, por favor preciso de uma orientação, não estou conseguindo conectar meu rastreador tk303g na plataforma, o IP só aparece dessa forma ( endereço do ip da plataforma 33113.flespi.gw ) e a porta aparece com este número ( porta 29737 ) preciso de uma ajuda da equipe, muito obrigado

        By default, the DNS format of the server address is displayed.
        In your case 33113.flespi.gw is the DNS address format.
        However, not all trackers support it.
        So, please try to specify the IP format of the server address instead.
        In your case, this is: 193.193.165.37
        The port remains the same.
        To see this IP address in the application in the unit menu - Settings - Common, next to the server data, click on the IP button.

        You can try to use such device as a Kingsword GML-E3 from legacy Category in our system.
        So try to change the device type to Kingsword GML-E3 in unit’s Common settings.
        Then also reconfigure your device to the new server address and port.

          bom dia, preciso da ajuda de voces, antes eu usava o rastreador CJ780 na categoria legado e porta 21063 e funcionava normal, agora na plataforma mudou e só está aceitando na categoria hardware com a porta 30003 e o rastreador não está funcionando mais certinho como antes , o que devo fazer? obrigado
