If you have no problems with the receipt of messages, but there are many connections / disconnections of the tracker without information about errors in the logs, then please try to look at the settings related to connection and data transfer in the instructions for the tracker. Has this situation occurred before, maybe you changed some settings of the tracker?
If no messages are received, or there are logs with errors, please write about the situation in more detail, indicating your username, IMEI and tracker model with which the problem arose.
