Yesterday I found this option through the website of gurtam, because until then it did not appear on the list.

The model of the tracker is this E3, it’s working, I just had to disable the notification of the beginning of the end of trips, because it kept sending the completed trip during the trip.

It just doesn’t appear as online, is this normal?

Unfortunately, devices from the Legacy category are never displayed online. Therefore, if messages arrive, then everything is all right.
Notifications of the end of a trip can often come if your tracker collects messages in a black box and then sends them after a while. While there are no messages from the tracker, the application consider that the trip is over.
You can see how messages come in the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - the section with messages at the bottom). Timestamp is the time that the tracker recorded in the message, server.timestamp is the time when the message arrived on the server.
Try to see the tracker settings for sending messages.
It is also possible that today some problems with notification may be observed due to server load.
