We looked at the data that your trackers send.
At the moment, both of them periodically send messages with future time due to which the current position is not updated.
You can find see the messages in the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - at the bottom is the section with messages). Such messages have timestamp more than server.timestamp (the time when they arrived on the server). They will be gray color.
Please try to reset all your settings on your trackers and reconfigure the server, port, and also set the timezone 0 (UTC)
