I have a GT06 tracking module (that I see it at http://id.wialon.net/), unfortunately I have a problem with its visibility / connection on the new platform (in beta it worked correctly).
If trying to set it using the Concox protocol (ID use 15 character IMEI), the following message appears: “- device type’s protocol and ident pair already exists”
If trying to set it using the Coban protocol (ID use 15 character IMEI), Settngs Server IP Address: 193.193.165.37, Port: 28961 - then no connection (offline).
If trying to set it using the Xexun protocol (ID use 0 + 0 + [11 last digits of IMEI]), Settngs Server IP Address: 193.193.165.37, Port: 32299 - also no connection (offline).

Time zone settings are at UTC 0. APN set correctly.
If I send a message to the tracker about the location on googlemaps, I receive a link with the current position - so data transmission and GPS work properly.

Please help me to set this tracker on your platform (Ruhavik).

    If the tracker was running in beta, then you do not need to re-configure it or create it in a new application, since your account has been transferred and you can log in to your account from the beta version.
    In the unit settings should be indicated data of the device type and ID, which are determined by you on http://id.wialon.net/

        Unfortunately, I could not log in to the beta today - no user found.
        That’s why I created an account on the new platform (Ruhavik).
        Attempting to set up the device in the same way as on the beta platform is not possible - the message “- device type’s protocol and ident pair already exists” appears. What is this caused?
        On the new and beta platform, the port number is automatically assigned after the device selection. I tried on different devices with GT06 / different ports - failed to connect 🙁
        The port given in http://id.wialon.net/ is different from the one automatically broadcast on the platform.

          If you had an account in the previous GPS-Trace application, then it was transferred to the new Ruhavik application. You can log in the new application under the old account. You do not need to recreate units.
          If you have a login problem, try using the “Forgot password?” option
