How to configure GPS103-B to the Ruhavik

my unit has lost track since March 22nd and I have been trying to configure without success

kindly assist no how I can configure the unit back

For our part, the settings have not changed. If you yourself did not change the unit settings and everything worked before, then the problem is probably related to the work of your tracker.
You can see what data came from it in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox (bottom section with messages - at the bottm, section with logs - at the top)

I had previously configured the unit under GPS103-B
the GPS printed name is GPS tracker

Probably your tracker was previously set to the old tracker model. Please try to select in the unit settings
Device Category - Hardware
Device Type - Coban GPS103-B
And configure the tracker to:
Server Address - 193.193.165.37
Port - 21931

You can try resetting the tracker and try reconfiguring it to the required port and server, as well as timezone 0 (UTC).
You can also see other settings of your tracker.
Perhaps at the moment your tracker is located where it cannot catch the satellite signal or you did not configure the data transfer on the tracker?

If you need to find out the server and port on which you need to install the tracker, you can find it out after creating the unit or in the unit settings in the unit menu - Settings - Hardware, after you select the desired device type.
Most likely it will be:
Device Type - Queclink GV55W
DNS server Host - 11746.flespi.gw
IP server Host - 193.193.165.37
Port - 32008
However, in some cases, a particular unit may have a slightly different server and port, so please configure the tracker to the server and port specified in the unit settings.
