Hagel Hi, I’m getting a lot of “trips” because when I stop the movement (for a few minutes, max 1 or 2min) the server “ends” the trip and starts another trip. I’m old user (orange) and my hardware was the same (xexun tk102)
ashe Hagel Hello! Perhaps your tracker, after a stop, does not send data much longer. You can check this in the Toolbox (unit menu - Tools - Toolbox - message section) You can also send us your username and unit’s id so that we can verify the data. You can send them to us by e-mail with the situation written and a screenshot attached (support@gps-trace.com)
