tk102 : can't get any message

Hello,
I tried to get my tk102 clone work with this app but not success so far.
As I am able too make it work with other platform, It makes me think that it is just a setting issue.
I tried with both tk102 and tk102-2 protocol with 11 or 15 EMI digit. I also tried with tk103 but no chance.
I also tried to change the server port for debug but no trace anywhere.

How can I troubleshoot this ?

Got a message with tk103-2 protocol. Still digging

If you connected with this type of tracker and received, then the settings were probably correct. You can see additional information in the unit menu - Tools - Toolbox (at the top: logs - connection / disconnection information, at the bottom: received messages )
Perhaps you should try to set the interval for sending data via SMS or reset the tracker and configure it again.

thanks for your message. It actually works perfectly with tk102 protocol after cleaning some parameters. Toolbox is very usefull.
