A long time ago I used the “Orange.gps-trace.com” platform without problems, I received a message that it was going to expire and I downloaded the new application with which I could see in the first instance that it worked through a gateway between the Old and new platform.
In the previous platform, my username is: NIKO089 and my password is 5 digits, which in principle was not necessary for the new platform because I directly connected you with the gateway.
When it has already been mandatory, log in with the new application; platform, I had to generate another User (email) and another password, because the new platform did not recognize my previous credentials, because in the new platform the password must have at least 6 digits.
Therefore, I create a new account with the email “Rimafe089@gmail.com” and a 6-digit password, I start trying to configure my GPS device (XEXUN TK103-2) with the platform, indicating that the IP Server: 193.193.165.37 and port 32329 for my device.
I configure my GPS with these indications via SMS, and this is not seen in the application, I try to put the server’s IP: 193.193.165.37 and the port was previously used “20462″ and it didn’t work either.
My GPS works perfectly by sending the commands via SMS, placing it without problems.
If I send SMS confirmation of positioning works perfectly. But for the moment to be perfect, here in Spain UTC (+1). I tried to put the IP with the previous port, put the full IMEI with the 15 digits. And nothing, the tracker is not detected on the platform.
Now I have created 2 units:

What could be happening? Before I operated without any problem, and the device sends messages of continuous positioning. Because I did a test by administering my mobile phone and saturated it in a moment of sms.

i think so. I have another tracker with the same provider, it run in legancy mode and it work fine.
So the current tracker run at the old platform with IP193.193.165.166:20462. It is a “fake Xexun” with Coban firmware.

I will see. Is the TK103-2 a new one? From TK102-2 is give one from 2014 and one from 2018. I´ve bought the TK102-2 from 2018. He has a quadband frequency amd can send by GSM and GPRS :-)

hi all, now i´ve buyed a new Xexun 102-2 (Original) and connect is ok, but i think, the tracker is faulty, because i dont become a GPS. I have make all. Program the tracker and set it for 30 minutes outdoor for get the almanach. But nothing…
