Following seller description the device is GT02A, but if I use settings IP/port for the device, it is still offline in application. I have tried also settings for TK110, GT06N, but it doesn’t work properly. Inside the device I can see TK006 module (maybe that’s important). Where I’ll find information what protocol (Xexun, Coban, Concox) my device use. Does anyone know what settings to use? I will be grateful for any advice. I add, that on Dyegoo platform the device works well.

Hello! You can try the device (Hardware - Concox) and configure on the tracker the appropriate port and server, as well as the timezone 0 (UTC). Then you can try to see the data that came in Toolbox-Messages.

ashe Thanks for reply. Yesterday I solved the problem. I used following settings: ID: 11 last digits of IMEI with leading 0, Device category: Hardware, Device type: Resiont TK110, Server IP: 193.193.165.37, Port: 32329, as well as the timezone 0 (UTC).

I am having the same problem but your solution does not seem to work. on the old system my GT02A was working on Resiont TK110 I have set up my system using the above settings (server and port settings) but it is still not visible on the platform. any suggestions?

Yes tried all the other options. Also now I find that the coming when queried by sms is not correct - it shows 00-09-22 14:30:00 even after I tried setting GMT 0. Any suggestions?

For those who have one of those GPS tracker devices GT02A, from China, and have issues getting it to work, you can try the below settings:

1, Send sms to your device => adminip123456 193.193.165.166 20853

In the platform, enter all 15 digits of the IMEI tracker, Device Category=Legacy, Device Type=GT02D

The above settings work fine for me.

Since trackers of different manufacturers and models work according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Xexun, Coban, Concox.
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.
