If you use the Ruhavik application, write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, unit ID and device type, also describe the problem again, then we can help you.
P.S. Nevertheless, let’s give a little hint what to check in such cases as yours:
1) SIM card balance and traffic limits on it
2) Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
The tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
