Hi I’m having trouble with my tracker, I can get the location via sms commands but when I try and use the dyegoo app it doesn’t show and says offline. Any help setting it up would be great

If you use the Ruhavik application, write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, unit ID and device type, also describe the problem again, then we can help you.

P.S. Nevertheless, let’s give a little hint what to check in such cases as yours:
1) SIM card balance and traffic limits on it
2) Data sending intervals and tracker operation mode
The tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.

Hi, i have same problem. My balance is ok because i can communicate via sms. My device was working with yungps but the site is down. I have changed server ip to:
CX,IP:193.193.165.166:20853,url:,imei:353505221154353,XT:10,NXT:300,SF:0,apn:internet,CS:0,WL:0,0,0,SOS:XXXXXXXXX,,,,
what could went wrong? I cant get any communication

If we understand your question correctly, you have used your tracker and the yungps app. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this application.

At the moment, devices with the IMEI specified in your message are not registered in our system.
