Bigjuergo Hello! First, check that you have data transfer settings and their frequency turned on (for some trackers this needs to be done additionally) Have you created a unit in the application? Is there any information in the Toolbox (unit menu - Settings - Toolbox)? Do you try the type of tracker ES-GP06?

From your words, I understand that earlier your tracker was connected to the application and worked. In this case, you need to go to the unit menu - Settings - Common. There you will see the server and port for which you need to configure the tracker.
Send the last SMS command as you specified, but replace the server and port data with those specified in the unit settings.
If you have any questions, please write us your login, as well as the IMEI (ID) of the tracker, so that we can see the data.

I got the TK905 tracker ID: 9053151925 and it doesn’t work.
For couple of months the tracker worked very good (SMS & App).
But now the device is not working and do not communicate with SMS and Android APP.
Is there any way to reset the tracker?

If the tracker does not respond to SMS commands and does not act in any way, then please try to check that everything is fine with the SIM card that you use with the tracker and there are enough funds on it.
Also, some models of trackers for resetting the settings may have a RESET button on the tracker itself. Please try to clarify in the instructions for the tracker if it has such an opportunity.

My TKSTAR use to work well, but after about 2 or 3 months without use, i charged it but now the blue led never lights on, so i can’t use it. It’s impossible to see the device on the app.
What could be the problem, please?

Our system does not have the functionality of sending SMS messages.

Such a function is available only on your tracker itself. That is, the fact that you receive a notification from the application means that you have configured everything correctly in the application and the application is working correctly.
The fact that you are not receiving SMS indicates that either the tracker cannot send SMS, or you have configured something incorrectly.

rost It only sends SMS when “shake alarm”, vibration is detected. So..how can I activate to send SMS messages when the car leaves geo fence area? The manual does not specify anything about this..

If we are talking about TK-Star TK 905 device, then as we checked, this device do not support such SMS command unfortunately.

If you mean some other tracker manufacturer, just write us the manufacturer’s name, probably we can check.

Please try this:
Set up: When the unit stays immobile in a place for 3-10 minutes, the user can Send SMS: “stockade+password+space+latitude,longitude; latitude,longitude” to unit to set the restricted district. In case of breach, it will send SMS “stockade!+geo-info” to the authorized numbers every 3 minutes.
Remark: The first latitude&longitude is coordinate of the top left corner of the Geo-fence, while the second latitude&longitude is the coordinate of the bottom right corner.
5.15.2 Cancel: Send SMS:” nostockade+password” to deactivate this function.
