Bigjuergo Hello! First, check that you have data transfer settings and their frequency turned on (for some trackers this needs to be done additionally) Have you created a unit in the application? Is there any information in the Toolbox (unit menu - Settings - Toolbox)? Do you try the type of tracker ES-GP06?

First, make sure that you configure the data transfer and its frequency. If this is all right, but you still have a problem, write to us by mail (support@gps-trace.com) with the login and device id. You can also attach a screenshot with the problem.

Hi .i am trying to connect my TK905-54875 Ruhavic with no success. When i click on car icon i get message cannot show unit on map, I can see a blue dot as if i was connected but this is showing a long distance north from my position.
I have done everything suggested above on the forum with no success,

If you go to the web version of the application, then the blue dot is your location according to the device from which you are logging into the application.
It’s not completely clear from your description, but your tracker has probably still not connected or sent messages (if its status means “No info”).
For some users, such type of trackers work like ES-GP06 (Legacy). For example, also you can see information here https://forum.gps-trace.com/d/214-putting-ip-and-port-address-in-tkstar-905
However since trackers work with different manufacturers and models according to different protocols, it is difficult to say for sure whether your tracker corresponds to one of the protocols we support.
Please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as ES-GP06
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or no)
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.

Hi, I have also a Winnes TK905. I use successfully:
ES-GP06
Port 21053

Everything works well. But what is missing, is the status of batterie level. I tried already some other protocol settings. But only “Wonlex Waterproof kis watch” works as well but battery levels is missing too.

when sending sms check i get:

Inside the Settings/View there is a field ‘battery’ which can be selected.

I bought a TK905.
Because I made a mistake in the SMS to TK STAR ID: 9053176731, can you send me the way to reset the tk905 and communicate again with SMS and Android APP.
The last commands was
adminip12345647.88.85.196 7700 and later
adminip123456 47.88.85.196 7700.

After these messages i have no communication.

We could not find a registered unit with the ID you specified.
Judging by your last commands, you have configured the tracker to send data to some other application.
According to your words, it is not clear whether you have previously registered the tracker in the application or you just want to register it.
If you have already registered the tracker and you have created a unit, then go to the unit menu - Settings - Common and you will see the server and port which you need to configure the tracker again.
Or do you want to register a tracker in our application for the first time?

From your words, I understand that earlier your tracker was connected to the application and worked. In this case, you need to go to the unit menu - Settings - Common. There you will see the server and port for which you need to configure the tracker.
Send the last SMS command as you specified, but replace the server and port data with those specified in the unit settings.
If you have any questions, please write us your login, as well as the IMEI (ID) of the tracker, so that we can see the data.

For couple of months the tracker worked very good (SMS & App).
But now the device is not working and do not communicate with SMS and Android APP.
Is there any way to reset the tracker?

If the tracker does not respond to SMS commands and does not act in any way, then please try to check that everything is fine with the SIM card that you use with the tracker and there are enough funds on it.
Also, some models of trackers for resetting the settings may have a RESET button on the tracker itself. Please try to clarify in the instructions for the tracker if it has such an opportunity.
