Good night, I have several concox CRX3 trackers in operation. All of them have platform failure when the equipment is without GSM signal. They are drawing a straight line between points where there was no GSM signal. Could it be any configuration? because this tracker model stores the points and then unloads them on the platform when the GSM signal is normalized.
