On the app, unit has a yellow light instead of green. On the old trace app, unit light was green. Data upload set to 30secs. Please assist.

If your gps tracker belongs to “Legacy Device Category” then your tracker couldn’t be online 🙁

Okay.got it. Is there a similar device type to use in place of sinotrack st901 on hardware.

    Your tracker is transmitting data and it is in the application, but the status is not online, is it so? Or is your tracker not connected to unit?
    Could you write in more detail?

        Unit is working fine, I can see it’s location and trace it. The only thing is orange icon. It never turns green like on my other trackers like GT02A.

            For legacy devices, support is not fully provided, including whether the current connection is maintained open with the tracker. Therefore, the online status is not displayed there. Only the status that the device was recently connected, if messages have recently been received from it, is displayed.
