GT02A / Not working

Hi I’m a new user. Please can anyone help I have just installed a GT02A in my car. I can send an sms to get location but I can’t track it live in the Dyegoo app, it says “ Acc:off : status inactivated”. The SIM card has data on it ok. Any help will be fantastic as I’m totally stumped. Thanks.
I have now tried to setup the GT02A in the Trace App. I have sent the Server host and port to the device and got the ok msg back but it’s not showing up in the app. Any help would be very much appreciated as I have spent many hours trying but with no success. TIA

If it doesn’t help then please try to identify your tracker on id.wialon.net as one of the devices Xexun, Coban, Concox
If your tracker is determined, take a screenshot, write down the name of the model of the tracker and the identified ID (may coincide with the IMEI, may be part of it with zero or without).
After that, return to the application in the unit settings (unit menu - Settings - Common Settings), specify the determined model and ID. After that, configure the tracker on the defined server and port.

Also, please check that everything is fine with the SIM card or chip that you use with the tracker, that it has enough funds and that the data transfer limits are not exceeded. Also, please make sure that you have configured the APN on the tracker in accordance with the provider data.

ashe I can’t find the tracker on wialon, it was purchased from eBay as a GT102A and the ID is 280424339107, nothing comes up on google for that ID.

Could you clarify whether you have configured the APN in the tracker?
Have you tried to identify the tracker on id.wialon.net and have you configured the port and server on the tracker differently when you tried to define it as a different type of tracker?
What do you mean when you write “nothing comes up on google for that ID”?

Can anyone kindly help me with how I can format my Dyegoo GT02A tracker. I was in the middle of configuring and had to postpone but now its not even accepting anything. An attempt to send messages to the supposed "Center Number keeps returning “DON’T ALLOW”.
What can I do? I don’t want to dispose it, it new.

Regarding the operation of the tracker, it is best for you to directly contact its manufacturer or seller. They are the ones who have the most complete expertise in this matter.
Also please try:
- turn off and turn on the tracker again or reboot it.
- make sure it has enough battery power or is properly connected to the power source (correct connection, correct wires, etc.)
- check the operation of the SIM card (that it is active, there is a balance on it and a suitable tariff).
- try sending a command to the tracker, by which the tracker will report general information about itself (IMEI, location, enabled modes, etc.)

kuta Thanks, I actually mailed the manufacturer and it was resolved with a “format” via 000000#. It’s been configured now.
I have another problem with a different tracker, it keeps responding with ERROR 107. How do one resolve that? Everything I look up on the web is referring to such error for a PC and not a tracking device.
