We check it.
Just now the situation has happened again. In your system it is not visible on the map, even though the green dot is on. And using sms gives a different position. Your system just doesn’t update your position.
All my unit devices are coban 303f, recently bought 4 more units and not aware of this change. Now 4 new units have been registered but can’t track the cars at all.
Previous 3 units have been used for more than 5 years and funtion very good. Now all have problem to track real time. One of unit just frozen at 30th Nov 2019. I have sent email to support@gps-trace.com but Oleg ask me to seek help in forum. Can anyone know how to solve it please?

Set the timezone to 0 on the tracker by SMS.
I have the same problem with coban gps. Even using UTC time zone (0) is not working. Only works with time zone +8, but gets the wrong date.

Try to install this zone again and see what messages you have received in Toolbox-Messages. Perhaps you will not immediately see changes directly on the object, since with a time zone of +8, they came with a later time, so the program considers them as the last. See if messages with the correct time will come, if so, then over time they will block your messages with a timezone of +8

O comando que usei para ajustar a hora Brasil foi

Para o GPS-303F/G COBAN eu usei o comando
time zone123456 -3
Lembro que estou usando o exemplo da senha padrão “123456”.
