Sinotrack ST-906L 301: Connection is closed by inactivity timeout

Hi to everybody,
I have this problem my tracker(ST-906L) goes offline because the tracker is disconnected by inactivity timeout, below its the log message

Facts:
1) The tracker only shows online a couple of minutes or second only when I reboot the tracker, after that it goes offline..
2) The trackers answers with its location all the time using SMS commands.
3) So the problems is that its not showing online using websites apps like ruhavik and also with sinotrack website.

Any idea if this problem is because of my carrier or with the configuration ?

Dear Gonchy1975 ,

Looks like you tracker for some reason goes into sleep mode and stops sending data.
Depending on the tracker installation and its settings, it may stop sending data if, for example, the ignition is not turned on / the engine is not started.
Please check your tracker settings and send data frequency to resolve your issue.
