In order to work in our application you need to register and create a unit. You can find more information at https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/registration-and-login
After that, the application will indicate which server and port your device needs to be directed to in order for messages to come to our system. Before configuring the server and port of the tracker, don’t forget to configure its APN according to your provider’s data and time zone 0 (UTC), regardless of your location.
If you still can’t set up the tracker, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, unit ID, screenshot of device configuration and link to this topic, then we will try to check additionally and help you.
