Supposed TK102 does not work, why, why?

I tested with wialon page, it is detected as TK102-2 and IMEI 357713001216867
Also, I tested with my linux computer opening a TCP port and I receive this:

Then I tested with gps-trace, app petovik, with all xexun types, with every device that has 102 as name. I have spent a lot of money sending SMSs and no way. Whats the problem?

Dear NiNireak,

In such cases, for Xexun trackers, we recommend using 0+11 last digits of IMEI instead of the 15-digit IMEI number when creating a unit. Thus, first of all, try to change the tracker ID in the specified way.

If that doesn’t help, please write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, unit ID and a screenshot of device configuration (SMS commands and answer the tracker), and link to this topic, then we will try to check additionally and help you.

I had already read it on the forum. I also tried with 0+11 and nothing. In addition, the “wialon” page detects the full IMEI of 15.

In the post above I show complete scheme of the protocol this device uses. Can you check if there is a problem with it and what type of device in your system fits with it?

My last config with petovik is:

And I start my device now.

Please try to connect your tracker by selecting the device type XT-008 (legacy category). After changing device type perhaps you will need to direct your tracker on new server and port (you can find this information in Settings-Hardware tab).

In fact, we don’t often have such complex cases as yours, so we solved it on an individual basis, but of course, it would be nice to solve such issues automatically.
