In our system, it is not possible to create 2 units with the same tracker type and ID. Such situations with duplicate IDs sometimes happen when user have several accounts, or different manufacturers of trackers working on the same protocol duplicate ID numbers.
Please write to us at support@gps-trace.com with the login, ID and model of the tracker and link to this topic, then we will try to check additionally and help you.
