[request] Migrated account cannot login + export old data

Hello kuko!

You migrated my second account.

1) Now I cannot login to the new platform with same credential (as happened with my first account). What was wrong?
2) While I’m waiting you’ll complete the export function, may I ask you to export gps data from orange (plt, txt, kml, wln and wlb from 00:00 16th to 23:59 30th november) and send me by mail?

Just one note: I receive notification mail (from old orange ? - I cannot login to new platform !) but with incorrect data (for example 03/12/2019 was displayed ad dd.12.yy)

May be your account was deleted because it was inactive long time 🙁
You can:

try to login by email
.. by nickname

If it doesn’t work you can recreate account. Or you can send to us (support@gps-trace.com) your nickname, email and we will check what can be wrong 🙁

I wrote that I’m still receiving notification mail from old orange!!! I don’t think my device was inactive.

I tryed login and reset password

by username
by email
by device name.

I suppose something goes wrong during migration.

@yerm @kuko @chol if migration went wrong at all, could you reactivate temporarly the account on orange so I could export gps data stored until 30th november? Thanks.

We don ’t migrate anymore. Transfer the data manually.
