Help with coban 303-G

Hi. Just get 2 Coban GPS303 model G and it just does’nt appear on Ruhavik. I’m using Ip 185.213.2.30 and port 25067, just the same I used on other my units on the Ruhavik platform.
The ID of the devices is:
IMEI: 868166053384210
IMEI: 868166053242616

I check with the M2M operator and the SIM is working fine, with GPRS on
