Coban 303C

Hello. I just configured a new Coban 303C to the IP and port indicated in the new site:
IP: 193.193.165.37
Port: 28961
IMEI: 864893035586729
Butt the device don’t apears in the system. Testing in http://id.wialon.net/, the device shows normaly.

What can I do to solve this problem?

The same problem with Xexun TK103-2 here. This appears on the http://id.wialon.net/ in the port 20462, butt doesn’t in the GPS Trace on 193.193.165.37:28961

Does the tracker use a TCP or UDP connection? Switch to TCP connection.

This use TCP connection. Why does it work on Wialon and doesn’t here? I can’t understand that, ’cause there’s some other trackers wornking normaly in here…
