App always shows two trips

I’ve only been using the App for a week.

Every trip I make, it shows me two trips. The first trip of a few meters, and a second complete trip including the total including the meters of the first trip.

The beginning of the trip is the same. From my house, from my work, from an indeterminate place… always a first trip of a few meters A-B, and a second trip A-B including the few meters of the first trip.

Any solution so that it only shows a single trip?

Can you please write us to support@gps-trace.com with indicating login, unit ID and example of the time interval, where we can find this 2 trips?

In this case, it all depends on how the data comes from the tracker. And most likely - this problem can be solved only by setting up the tracker.
