Hi, is anyone else noticed that their device is going off line and back one line all day with the message 301: device disconnected (connection is closed by inactivity timeout) in the tracking tool box? My device does not send location data and suspect it is because it is off line from the server. When I SMS my device for the location or status it replies as expected. It has been working all year up until the 24th of January after some server restarts, now no data is being transferred from the tracking unit. I have checked the settings and it is updating every 5 minutes, but not getting through to the server in the Toolbox.
