Qual poderia ser o problema para nao ficar online?

E outra duvida.
Como bloqueio o veiculo pelo aplicativo. Nao consegui achar esse comando no app.

Agora que visualizo o veiculo no APP , verifiquei que nessa versao BETA, nao tem como bloquear o veiculo, nem como reestabelecer o corte.
Na versao paga tera como bloquear o veiculo?
