Our system works based only on the data messages that your device sends.

We would like to assure you that everything is working correctly on our side, all messages sent by your tracker are processed by the system.
We would recommend that you contact the tracker manufacturer or diller, as they are better versed in their product and configuration features of trackers.
If you can’t find the problem, please, send us a screenshot of the device configuration(SMS commands and device’s answers) to support@gps-trace.com (this is our email that we specified earlier), we’ll try to check it additionally.
