Try to use this tracker with common protocol - Queclink device type.
Firstly you should register and login in the application. – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/registration-and-login
Create an unit in the system. Use Queclink device type. – https://gps-trace.com/en/help/ruhavik/create-unit
And direct your device to the server and port specified in unit’s settings on Hardware tab.
As soon as your device starts sending data in messages to the server, you will immediately see them in the application.
If you are having trouble setting up your device, the best solution is to contact the manufacturer or retailer to set up the tracker.
Also, information about the settings can be found in the instructions for the device.
