Hello, dear AlexMaru
‘Gray’ messages in the first screenshot - are the messages that your device sends from the ‘black box’. These messages may appear if the device was not connected to the network.
While there is no connection, the device accumulates GPS data in memory and when the connection is resumed, the device starts to upload data from memory.
In the meantime, the device does not have a connection, of course, data does not come into the system because of this, such a difference arises.
The reasons for the lack of communication can be:
1) The problem is on the side of the mobile operator (SIM card)
2) Lack of balance on the SIM card
3) Traffic limit
4) The device is in a shielded room and therefore there is no communication
In the second screenshot we see that the messages sent by your tracker do not have data about coordinates.
This means that the device does not "“see”" the satellites. This may be due to incorrect installation of the tracker in the car ( so the signal from the satellite does not reach the tracker). Therefore, we recommend that you try to move with the tracker in an open space. This way it will be easier for the tracker to find and connect to satellites.
Also, the reason may be that your tracker may have entered sleep mode or some settings have gone wrong.
A possible cause may be a malfunction of the tracker itself. Having problems on the tracker’s side, it is best to contact the manufacturer or seller of the device, as they are better versed in their product and its features.
If you can’t find the problem, send us login, unit ID and screenshot of the device configuration(SMS commands and device’s answers) and link to this topic to support@gps-trace.com, we’ll try to check it additionally.
