In such cases just email us at support@gps-trace.com specifying account email or unit ID, then we can check your issue and try to help.
By the way, in most cases it is enough to add 0 in the beginning of your device ID, that you specified when creating a unit. In most cases it will work. This issue is on the manufacturer’s side, as according to their protocol, the device ID shouldn’t contain a leading zero. However, the devices themselves send this leading zero, preventing us from correctly identifying them. We’ve contacted the manufacturer several times, but the issue remains unresolved.
