Hello,
To log out the account from all devices, you can access the Sessions tab in the application. Here’s how to do it:
- Open the application
- Tap on the menu with 3 vertical dots in the top right corner
- Select “Sessions” from the menu
- You’ll see a list of all active sessions
- Delete any unwanted sessions by selecting them and confirming
After removing these sessions, the user will need to use the new password to log in to the application from those devices again. This is a good security measure when you’ve changed a password and want to ensure all devices are using the updated credentials.
