In Ruhavik and Petovik, you can export data in several ways:
For messages from the tracker:
Use the Toolbox to export all messages in CSV format
You can select custom date ranges to export messages batch by batch
For track history:
Export track data in various formats (XLSX, KML, GPX, geojson, WLN, google formats)
You can export data by selecting specific dates or periods
For Timeline data (Premium subscription):
Export in XLSX, CSV, or PDF formats
Select custom date ranges for export
Since your data goes back to July 2024, you’ll need to export it in smaller time periods due to file size limitations. We recommend exporting data month by month to ensure all information is captured.
Please note that your tracker may have sent so many messages during this period of time that the maximum storage limit was reached. In this case, new data is overwritten over the oldest ones. Because of this, the history may not be saved.
