To determine the cause of the alarm message in Ruhavik, check the message parameters in the “Toolbox” (available with a paid subscription):
1️⃣ Open your device settings
2️⃣ Go to “Toolbox”
3️⃣ Find the message at the time of the alarm
4️⃣ Check the parameters (e.g., vibration.alarm, alarm.event, sos.alarm)
Different trackers send different alarm parameters. Identifying the exact parameter will help determine whether the alarm was triggered by movement, power loss, geofence crossing, or another event.
