When device stops working simultaneously, there could be several reasons:
Mobile Operator Issues:
As many countries shut down 2G networks for faster 4G and 5G, 2G-only GPS trackers may stop working, even if 3G or 4G is available. This is due to their inability to connect to newer networks, not an issue with our system. Our system functions based on the data it receives from trackers. Therefore, if this issue arises, it is due to the tracker’s inability to connect to the network.
Device Configuration
Basic Checks:
- Confirm power supply to the devices
- Verify that the devices are not in a shielded area
- Check if the devices are properly installed
