    Since some commands are working (check123456, reset123456, begin123456) but others aren’t (address123456 and calling), this suggests a specific configuration issue rather than a general device problem.

    Here are some recommended steps to troubleshoot:

    Verify that the SIM card has sufficient balance and can make/receive calls
    Check if the APN settings are correctly configured
    Ensure the time zone is set to UTC 0
    Try removing and reinserting the SIM card

      kuta hi . Looks like it’s a general issue with all users i have coban 303f and this problem started 10 days ago

        When device stops working simultaneously, there could be several reasons:

        Mobile Operator Issues:
        As many countries shut down 2G networks for faster 4G and 5G, 2G-only GPS trackers may stop working, even if 3G or 4G is available. This is due to their inability to connect to newer networks, not an issue with our system. Our system functions based on the data it receives from trackers. Therefore, if this issue arises, it is due to the tracker’s inability to connect to the network.

        Device Configuration

        Basic Checks:

        • Confirm power supply to the devices
        • Verify that the devices are not in a shielded area
        • Check if the devices are properly installed

        If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please email us on support@gps-trace.com with your account details and unit ID and model of the tracker and a screenshot of the device configuration (SMS commands and device’s answers) for further assistance.

          kuta first it worked well and let me first about sending sms to the device with any order as example begin123456 the device will reply begin ok so the device is replying and sending messages back .. second if I’m activating acc on alarm messages in the past the device was sending this message regularly when i start the engine but now it stopped … Only what is works sending orders and the device reply ok .. by the way the gprs is working too so i can use banool app.. thank you in advance.
