Right now Ruhavik allows to create a mileage counter that starts from only zero.
I need to create another that starts from some initial value.
Reason: the tracker was installed to the car a while after so that car has some initial mileage. I need to merge previous and current values to show that on car card .
.ileage custom counter with initial value
Dear EugeneRudo
In the Unit Card - Settings - Common tab: you can set the initial value for the counter and view the total number of kilometers/miles the vehicle has traveled.
You can find more info about counters in our blog - Mileage and Engine Hours Counters in Ruhavik
Dear EugeneRudo
Thank you for reaching out.
In the app, you can view the total mileage of your vehicle in the Common Settings section, where you can also set the initial mileage. This means that the common mileage will display the figure including the initial mileage you set.
In the Maintenance section, when creating mileage counters, you can specify a certain limit. Once this limit is reached from the moment the counter is set, you will receive a notification.
For example, if you want to receive a notification after 10,000 km, you should set the counter to 10,000. The counter will start from the moment you set it, regardless of how much your vehicle has already traveled.
You are right:
But, I want to be able to see that on object card as well:
The value is taken from:
Could be I missed something so that I can use general mileage from common on object card?
EugeneRudo
The data displayed in the unit card represents the telemetry data sent by your tracker to our system. Therefore, the total mileage of your vehicle is not shown in the unit card; instead, it reflects the value of the parameter transmitted by the tracker.

How to do the trick to make some mileage counter as I want? Maybe a Counter A can be configured to start from some value?
Hello @EugeneRudo ,
Unfortunately, there is no such feature in the app right now.
Thanks for pointing this out, we’ll try to add this feature in the next release.
Thank you! I can test it as well if needed.
